HERE’S a
stretch limo party animals will really long for
— a 39ft motor.
The four-ton Hummer H2, based on US military
jeeps, is the biggest limo of its kind in
Britain.
The custom-built £140,000 monster is 7ft high
and 8½ft wide.
You don’t even have to get out to have a
party.
It seats up to 16 and has a 12,000-watt audio
system, bar and FIVE plasma TV
screens.

The £7,000 ceiling is made of three layers of
mirrors lit by 150ft of twinkling fibre-optic
cable finished off with a mirrored disco ball.
There is also a built-in karaoke machine and
PlayStation.
Despite its size the Hummer’s six-litre V8
engine can reach 100mph but manages only eight
miles to the gallon.
And it isn’t cheap to hire — £250 an hour or
£1,000 a night.

Owner Scott Demaret, of Newport, South Wales,
shipped the beast in from Santa Ana, California,
where it took four months to build at a
lorry-making firm.
Scott, 39, said: “Passers-by see stretch
limos ferrying people around so we thought the
stretch Hummer would be a bit different.
“It is very wide. It doesn’t go around
corners easily and there are some roads too wide
to take it. It’s wider than a fire engine.
“It is a real 4x4, so it will be great for
Ascot if it rains and other limos are sliding
everywhere."
